One address, read by a person.
Expect a reply within two working days. There is no ticket system, no chat widget and no bot.
If your dog has bitten someone, or two dogs have fought, this is the wrong address. Contact a qualified behaviour professional in person — look for IAABC, CCPDT-KSA, or a veterinary behaviourist (DACVB). Your vet can refer you. Email is too slow for that and we are not qualified to advise on it remotely.
If anyone is hurt, see a doctor. Dog bites get infected more often than people expect.
Things worth trying first
My dog has stopped making progress
The app handles this itself. After a few weak sessions it drops the difficulty back automatically, and after four in a row it stops coaching and tells you plainly that the plan is not working. That message is not a bug — it is the honest answer, and it usually means one session with a trainer who can watch the two of you is worth more than another fortnight of guessing.
It says my data is too thin to show a trend
Also working as intended. A weekly report needs a real denominator — how many chances your dog had to get it wrong, not just how many times they did — and several days of it. Ten seconds of logging a day is what turns a feeling into a number.
I am behind the six-week pace
Nothing expires and nothing is lost. Six weeks is the expected pace, not a deadline — days unlock when the previous day actually went well, so a dog who needs three attempts at week three takes three attempts. Adolescence costs most people about a week and it passes.
I want my data out
The vet report and the household cards both export from inside the app. Your data is on your phone rather than on a server, so you do not need us to release it.
Billing, refunds and cancelling
Subscriptions are handled by Apple and Google, so cancellations and refunds go through them — we cannot process either. Cancelling does not lock you out of anything safety-related: help-right-now, the management steps, the referrals, the medical flags and the sitter sheet stay open on a cancelled account, permanently.
Reporting something wrong
If the app tells you something about your dog that you believe is incorrect — a level that is too hard, advice that reads badly, a claim the data does not support — please write in. Those reports are the most useful mail we get, and several of the rules in the app exist because something was wrong once.
Privacy
What leaves your phone, and what cannot, is set out in the privacy policy.
